dotSkipton was created by two Skipton residents who wanted to provide a website that would be useful to people who live in Skipton and people who have never visited Skipton but are interested in finding out more about this historic market town.

With over 20 years experience and knowledge of Skipton we are confident that we can offer a comprehensive and informative view of this beautiful town, affectionately known as "The Gateway to The Dales".
